Refund Policy

1. General rule

A charitable donation is voluntary and non-refundable and is used by the Foundation for its statutory purposes.

2. When a refund is possible

A refund is possible if the payment was made erroneously or accidentally, a technical error occurred, there was a double charge, or the amount was clearly not intended as a donation.

3. How to request

Send a request to my.old.friends26@gmail.com within 14 days of the payment. Include: the date and amount, the payment method and the details used, and the reason for the refund.

4. Review and timelines

The Foundation reviews the request within 5 business days. If confirmed, the refund is made to the same account or card the payment came from within 14 days.
