1. General provisions

The controller of personal data is the Charitable Organization "Staryi Druh" Charity Foundation (EDRPOU 46321493, 63 Svobody St., Velyka Soltanivka, Fastiv district, Kyiv region, Ukraine). This policy explains what data we process and why.

2. What data we process

Data you voluntarily provide in forms (e.g. name and email, optionally), and the amount and details of a donation. Technical data (including anonymized visit information) is processed via cookieless analytics that does not identify the individual.

3. Purpose

Processing and accounting of charitable donations, performance of the public offer agreement, reporting, and communication with the Donor.

4. Legal basis

The data subject's consent, performance of the agreement (offer), the Foundation's legitimate interests, and compliance with the law.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with the bank and (in the future) a payment service to process donations, and with the hosting provider. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal requirements (including accounting).

7. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to access, rectify, erase your data and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email my.old.friends26@gmail.com.
